Bilateral Stress Fracture of the Femoral Neck: A Case Report

Bilateral femoral neck stress fracture is rarely seen. Two radiologic types of fracture, the transverse and compression, have been described. This differentiation bears importance in choice treatment. In this report, we presented a case bilateral with short review contemporary literature.
